Planning a family reunion, team building event, or youth retreat?
Our venue is available for rent from mid-May to mid-October.
How much does it cost?
$1,500/night/up to 60 People.
Two night minimum.
Additional guests $20/night
What is included?
Dining hall & kitchen, western village lodging accommodations for 54 people, pickleball court, outdoor pavilion, pool, kiddie pool, grassy field, propane fire pit, air hockey table, ping pong table, and access to hundreds of games & puzzles.
What time is check in/check out?
Check in is at 2pm.
Check out is at 11am.
What about bedding?
BYOB: Bring your own bedding. There are 4 queen beds, 3 full beds, and 41 twin beds. You will need to bring pillows, sleeping bags/sheets/blankets. You will also need a towel (for showers and/or swimming).
Do you offer catering??
While we currently don't provide meal services, we're excited to offer you a fully equipped kitchen! You'll find everything you need, including a grill, pots, pans, serving, trays, bowls, and even dishes and silverware—perfect for those who prefer not to use paper and plastic!
